I am offering an initial discounted rate of £40 per hour plus 45p per mile (based on return mileage from and to LN9. (Near Horncastle, Lincolnshire). Payment is required on or before the day of the visit by cash or by bank transfer. 
24 hours notice is required for any cancellations, a cancellation fee may be charged at Nicki’s discretion.

Gift vouchers are also available for purchase, which make great presents for friends or family and can be made out to a value or time value of your choice.

Appointment Time Guidance

First Appointments – can take longer than follow up sessions and I would recommend allowing between 1.5 to 2 hours for this appointment.
Booking your first appointment
On booking your first appointment our Client Information Form will be emailed to you for you to complete and return to me prior to our first appointment. At your first appointment I will take the time to listen to you and how I can help, this will enable me to carry out an initial assessment after talking about your horse/pony’s routine, feed, exercise, turnout, tack and areas you would like support with.  Alternatively, if you have any difficulties completing my Client Information Form I can go through this with you at our first appointment and we can complete any outstanding questions together. I will explain to you how I think I can help and I will make a plan for the work with you and your horse or pony and agree this with you. If we are both happy I can start the work in the first appointment. Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for our initial appointment.

Follow-up sessions – usually last 1 hour.
You may like to have on-going help and coaching or the issue may not be resolved in one session. The welfare of your horse or pony is a top priority to me, which may mean that shorter more frequent sessions are required. If this is the case I will discuss this with you and advise how many sessions may be required. Please allow an hour for follow-up appointments.
Loading sessions – please allow 2 hours per session. Whilst I aim to make progress in the first session by their very nature loading sessions may require more than one session, to ensure happy confident loading every time.

Each Dually Halter comes with an instructional DVD. The fit of a Dually is so crucial as to its effectiveness and comfort for your horse or pony and like anything the equipment we use is only as good as the hands that use it. I will be happy to advise you on the fit of the Dually and also show you the techniques in using it correctly.
